For orders over the phone or via e-mail, we will design your order
and send you a color preview via e-mail within 3 days.
You must proofread your order preview carefully, and then contact
us with your approval of the proof, or to request any changes. We
print directly from the preview you approve. If you choose not to
review your preview, we cannot be responsible for any errors.
We reserve the right to do the following: eliminate or add spacing
where necessary, move wording around in order to create the best fit
for your wording and the space available, abbreviate or spell out
words where appropriate, make grammatical changes or additions to
words where necessary. You will have the opportunity to see any
changes we make when you receive your preview to approve.
Once, your announcements have been printed you may not make any
changes unless ordering again. After we receive proof approval,
expect 7-10 days for delivery of your invitations to the continental United
States.
